This dress was worn awhile ago by Nicole Richie on the red carpet, and is no longer available (except
maybe on Ebay).
If you like this dress, you should check out the Forever21 version (in black) which retails for $29.80. *I apologize, I forgot to include the link and it now looks as though it is sold out online*
Update: 3/28/09 - A similar dress has now popped up on Forever21's site again. It doesn't have the ribbon around the waist, but it would be easy to buy a ribbon at a craft store if you want the belt. Click on the photo below to purchase this dress for $24.80.
*Update - 1/14/10* - Forever 21 now has a cream version of this D&G dress. It retails for $27.80 and you can click on the photo below to purchase.

Good find, J! :) This is such a cute dress. Too bad it isn't available in white.
I love this dress, I just don't know where I would wear it. I usta have a black dress like this but I always wore it to funeral :/
