This top by Foley and Corinna retailed for $297 at
Shopbop, but recently went on sale for $207.90. It is available in black and white (I've posted both colors, you can see the detail better on the white).
I stumbled across this BCBG top on Bluefly and although it has slight differences (such as no straps and not as much of a dip in the cleavage area), I think it's a great alternative.
