Love J.Crew!!! And I just ordered a bunch of stuff. So glad that my $25 rewards card came in the mail. Question for you - I am WAY behind the eight ball but I just started doing Ebates. I ordered something for my hubby for Vday from NFL.com and went through Ebates but it hasn't shown up. How long does it usually take?
Christina - I just double checked and they said it depends on the retailer. It can be as soon as 48 hrs, or up to 30 days. Some retailers report your purchase to Ebates as soon as your purchase ships, but sometimes they wait until the return period has elapsed.
Usually you'll get an email when it's credited, but if it's been more than 30 days you can contact Ebates' customer care.
