This dress from Forever21 isn't exactly like the 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent version - it has a smocked top and empire waist that the original does not, but the print is reminiscent of the original so it is a great inspired by find (thanks again Linzee!). Click the photo below to purchase.

Ooh thank you for this! I love the Cynthia Vincent Dress and totally want it, but the Forever one is definitley in my budget :)
