Vivienne Westwood's pirate boots in black suede retail for $551.10 (also available in red).
Now these boots from Free People are more of an inspired by look, but I'm going to warn you - they aren't cheap! They retail for $358, which isn't a total steal but will still save you around $200 off the originals. These boots also come in tan and you can click on the photo below to purchase.

*Update - 10/3/09* - Jeffrey Campbell also has a great look for less of the Vivienne Westwood boots, although not available in the same colors - this is probably the closest out of the two I've featured here. They retail for $220 at Shopbop and you can click on the photo below to purchase.
