I purchased that Aqua shirt online and just got it last week! It is okay, a little thin, very fitted. I like the 3/4 sleeves since most long-sleeved tees are too long in the arms for me.
I would recommend it, but beware, it is not a thick t-shirt material like it looks in the photo!

I just came across two striped knit dresses while looking for a dress for work on nordstrom.com. They are dresses, not tees, but have a similar look and the prices are moderate.
