Although it has some differences, if you're looking for an inspired by tulle skirt for less, this Kimchi Blue version might work for you. It retails for $48 and also comes in grey or peach. Click on the photo below to purchase.
*Update - 2/15/10* - I just spotted this skirt from Forever 21 and it reminded me of the Erin Fetherston version above. It retails for $17.80 and you can click on the photo below to purchase (also available in pink).

I have been secretly infatuated with tulle for a while, so thank you for allowing me to come out!! I would sooo rock tulle!
All 3 colors are so pretty. These skirts look good w/a simple tank, blazer & cami. Or just a tee, belt & flats.
Obsessionista - How would you wear it?
Gigi - I like the styling ideas you suggested, so cute.
I wore a skirt similar to the one in your post, a black tank, a wide black belt and black patent leather pumps to a bachelorette party. The tulle was definitely fun and festive!
This skirt is so cute! It reminds me of the opening credits of Sex and the City.
