Inspired by...Free People

Free People's Heavy Metal top retailed for $118 at Shopbop, now marked down to $82.50. Actress Cobie Smulders wore this top in blue on How I Met Your Mother where she plays the character Robin. (Photo credit)



Although it has it's differences (no ruffle for example, and a slightly different design), this top from Forever 21 instantly reminded me of the Free People version when I saw it on the site.
