I wasn't able to find a grommet belt, but I did find this wide studded belt from Forever 21 that will give you a very similar style for only $6.80.

And finally, Anna is wearing a pair of blue platform peep toe pumps and these were the closest I could find at $89. I would probably make this dress a little more casual with a pair of brown wedges instead, like these or these.
