Now I realize neither of these options are exact, and I know that this first one isn't exactly inexpensive, but it's the best I've been able to find and both DID remind me of the Burberry version when I saw them. So here we go...
This first inspired by option is by Foley + Corinna and retails for $325 at Shopbop. As mentioned, the style does differ, but something about it reminded me of the Burberry version so I thought I'd pass it along (click on the photo if you'd like to purchase).

I got the gray skirt a few months from Alloy. I'm wearing it in my profile pic paired with a fuchsia top I got from Target. The skirt was on clearance for $12.99 I think. It's a great skirt, but I can't imagine paying $78 for it.
