Style Me Saturday: Birthday Dinner + Holiday Party
Reader Lorra sent me an email asking for some help. She's turning 29 in December and wanted a dress that would be appropriate for a birthday dinner out, as well as her holiday party for work. She's a full time mom, military wife, goes to school full time AND has a full time job - so this is one busy lady! She mentioned she doesn't get a lot of nights out due to her hectic life, so I wanted to help her find something that would make her feel super special. She wanted a black, red, or emerald green dress and likes both vintage and modern style (she's especially open to trying some vintage inspired looks!). She's not opposed to heels, but was hoping we could stick to 2" or less (I wasn't able to find much that I thought would work, so the highest heel featured is 2.5"). Lorra admires the style of Rachel Bilson, Hilary Duff, Anne Hathaway, Kourtney Kardashian, and Lauren Conrad.
