J's Frugal Finds: New Year's Sparkle [Under $50]

I'm not sure there's a more appropriate time than New Year's Eve to wear sequins. I don't plan on going to any fancy parties, but if I were, you can bet that sequins would find their way into my ensemble (or at least accessories!!).
