J's Frugal Finds: Summer Essentials [Under $100]

Summer has officially begun (although today it's 50 degrees and rainy here!) and I thought a post on some summer essentials (at least in my wardrobe) was in order. Summer just won't be complete this year without comfy tanks (these vintage cotton ones from J Crew are the best), cut off shorts (but not too short), neon, and of course the requisite little white dress.
