I love Tibi...like really love, but I can't justify the price for their nylon pieces. I usually try and purchase them during their sale season or from The Real Real. These nylon Winslows retail for $445 and come in a couple colors.
If you like the style of these but are on a tight budget, these pants from Athleta are a great option and are currently on (final) sale for $27.97 and come in 4 colors. I'm partial to the green (see them on me HERE) and got my normal size (the tall was mostly sold out, I'm 5'9" and got the regular and they fit similar to how the Tibi ones fit above). Oh, and YES you can open up the drawstring so the bottoms also look like the pants above (which is how I would suggest wearing them for a less athletic looking option).
