Inspired by...Marie Claire Czech and Ruby Mines
I love the blog Ruby Mines - she always posts a ton of amazing fashion inspiration photos and this one from Marie Claire Czech December 2010 is no exception.

Pair it with a chiffon skirt like this one from Free People for $49.95 on sale.
I wasn't able to find a fur trapper hat in all white that didn't break the bank, but you could substitute this version for $24.99 as an alternative.
