The fashionable and fabulous Amber from Amber's Notebook nominated me for a Beautiful Bloggers award. I'm supposed to tell you guys 7 random things about myself, and then nominate 7 more bloggers for the award. So here goes...
1. I've been a nanny for the past 8 1/2 years ( the past 7 1/2 with the same family).
2. I met my husband on a blind date, a little over four years later we were married!

3. Las Vegas is one of my favorite cities to travel to (it's great for a long weekend!). Love the shopping, the shows, and the food (I'm really not much of a gambler though!).
4. My all time favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.
I've loved it since I was a kid, and still watch it every time it comes on TV.
5. I love to read. My favorite author is Jodi Picoult and one of my favorites is My Sister's Keeper.
6. My only claim to fame is that some of our wedding/engagement photos were used in a print and television ad for a local jewelry store. I felt special. Lol.
7. I hate camping, hiking, or anything "outdoorsy" unless it includes sitting on a beach sipping a tropical drink. I'm really more of an indoor girl.

I love Jodi Picoult, she is one of my all time favorite authors. My Sister's Keepers is one of my top 5 favorite books. Cry everytime I read it.

Glad I'm not the only one who hates camping. Luckily my husband hasn't subjected me to it yet (or maybe he's just sparing himself from the pain). Haha.
