Mymu Flat Linen Espadrilles
Mymu's linen espadrille flats retail for $130 at Net-A-Porter and come in several fabrics and colors.

Joe's Jeans Loose Rolled Short (Reader Request)
Joe's Jeans loose rolled denim shorts retail for $150 at Revolve Clothing, and a reader recently requested that I find a similar pair on a budget.
I actually found several pairs that I think would work, although some of them you may want to size up for a slouchier fit. The first pair is from American Eagle and is currently on sale for $29.95. Click here if you'd like to purchase.
BDG's boyfriend shorts from Urban Outfitters are a little less destroyed but are also a good alternative. They're currently on sale for $39 (down from $48) and you can click on the photo below to purchase.
The next three options have a frayed hem, so they are a little different from the Joe's version but they will give you a similar look on a budget (I would definitely recommend sizing up in the Arden B and Forever 21 version just to give you a slouchier/baggier look like the Joe's). Celebrity Look 4 Less: Milla Jovovich

I found two similar blazers (with limited sizes available) the first retails for $58 at Nordstrom and the second from Urban Outfitters retails for $78. Click either photo below to purchase.
Milla is wearing leggings, but because I think they are just as comfortable but offer you a little more substance in terms of fabric, I chose these BDG denim leggings instead. They retail for $39 and as always, click on the photo below to purchase/for more information.
To complete the rest of Milla's outfit on a budget, you'll need a loose fitting vneck tee, some flats (although since she's not wearing shoes in the photo it's open to interpretation, I also included sandals and boots for variety), and a silver necklace for $6.80 (click here to purchase).
