Jeffrey Campbell's Snick wedges are a great alternative but seem to be pretty much sold out online at this time. I did find them in stock in size 10 at Foot Notes, click here to purchase (hopefully they haven't sold out yet!). (Another option are these wedges, also by Jeffrey Campbell but they don't have the same stud detail - click HERE to view.)
