This floral Lilly dress from French Connection retails for $148.
Although the neckline (both reader Lauren and I feel it's more flattering) and print are different , this dress is reminiscent of the more expensive French Connection dress above. Celebrity Look 4 Less: Blake Lively
Blake Lively wore these studded thigh high boots (how do I know they're boots and not leggings? See photo here.) to stylist Eric Daman's book launch on January 12th. (Photo credit)
Since her boots may not be everyone's cup of tea, I decided to post these studded leggings instead. They'll give you a similar (and more wearable) look for less. They retail for $88 but are now on sale for $70.40 at Bloomingdales (click on the photo below to purchase). Don't forget to pair them with a crisp white button up (with a black lace bandeau peeking out!), a blazer, and ankle boots to get an entire Blake inspired look.

This Marc by MJ Joelle dress originally retailed for $458 at Bergdorf Goodman, but is no longer available. Leighton Meester wore this dress as Blair on the season 2 episode of Gossip Girl titled "Summer Kind of Wonderful" (photo credit: Instyle).
This dress by French Connection is a great inspired by dress if you like the Marc by MJ version above. The ric rac detailing is super similar, and althought the neckline and color are different, it's a beautiful dress that definitely brings the Marc Jacobs version to mind. It retails for $228 and you can click the photo below to purchase.
