Hilary Duff wore this striped snood on a recent trip to the nail salon in Toluca Lake, CA. The snood is listed as Burberry but I was unable to locate it online. (

Although the model seems to be wearing this as kind of a shawl/scarf, most of the snoods can be worn as a scarf/collar as seen on Hilary and in the photo of the purple version below.
