Get the Look: Heartbreaker + a Giveaway

With Valentine's Day coming up this weekend, I thought I'd do a fun little post of some heartbreakingly cute (heart printed) items that I spotted recently. Whether you celebrate Valentine's Day or not, I hope these adorable heart print shirts, swimsuits, and pj's make you smile (click on any photo to view larger/purchase).

And if none of those items bring a smile to your face, hopefully this small Tory Burch LOVE makeup bag will! I'm giving it away to one lucky reader (see below for rules) for Valentine's Day!

Want to win this LOVE themed makeup bag? Tell me about the thing YOU love the most (it can be a person, pet, item of clothing, food...be creative!!) in the comments below.

You must be a resident of the US to enter, and please only one entry per person. The contest will end on February 14th at noon CST, the winner will be chosen by random.org and will be announced later that day.

Good luck!

I love the Internet. Many people have many different reasons for why they love they Internet. What I love about the Internet is this: As I am learning to become a woman, I have so many questions about skin care routines, choosing the appropriate make-ups for myself, and dressing myself in ways that match my personality and fit my student budget. I am just so grateful for all the blogs out there. The stories, inputs, and comments in those blogs are from people who feel very passionate and curious about certain topic areas. I have learned so much from them of how to become the woman that I want to be. At the same time I feel so connected with them even though I don't know them in real life. Sometimes I feel they speak to my heart about the issues and problems that I face. I've learned so much about skin care products, fashion, and received great advice. I can go on and on about how grateful I am, but I hope this does it! :D

I love literature. I was an English major and am currently hoping to get into an editing graduate program. I thrive on words, language, linguistics... tons of nerdy things.
In fact, the only tattoo I ever plan to get is a Hamlet quote: "Words, words, words."

So, yes. Me? It's literature.

The one thing I love the most is my daughter. She is going to be two in a few months and as cliche as this sounds, I cannot and don't want to remember my life before she came along. She is my valentine and the love of my life. She is bright, humorous and extremely fashionable. She can walk in mommy's heels better than I can! It's in the genes, I tell you!

The thing or should I say things I love most are my kiddos! I have a 2.5 year old daughter and 8 month old twin boys. They are my life! They make me laugh everyday. I'm so lucky to have been blessed with them!

I loooove Jesus! Throughout the ups and downs in my life, He's been the One constant, and by His grace I have been blessed beyond measure, whether it's been enjoying the good times, or finding strength in the hard times. Growing up and knowing His love has taught me how to love others better than I ever could on my own.
That kind of love is truly the perfect Valentine!

oh gosh... I want to say I love my boyfriend the best, but really I love having the freedoms I do. I just got my own apartment in a new city and started a new job, without relying on anyone. I am an educated woman and a few decades ago this would have been unheard of. I am thankful for the opportunities I was given and the experiences I will have. I also love that I can come here and talk about it.

I'm on the P90X plan, so I love, love, love low carb wraps. They make good "fake" pizza, quesadillas, nachos, breakfast wraps, pretty much anything that requires bread. It's a life-saver.

I love laughter. It is enjoyable and keeps me sane. It eases stress and brightens my day. Nothing makes me happier than sharing a laugh with my boyfriend, friends, co-workers, family or even a stranger on the street. :0D

I think my almost-15-year-old dog, Daisy. She has the sweetest temperament, getting more so as she's gotten older, and she models unconditional love to me every day. My mom rescued her from an abusive home, and then when she died, I inherited her. Despite her awful start at life, she plays and flirts and prances around and snuggles with anyone who sits on "her couch" long enough. I hope someday the person she thinks I am, the person she deserves. :)

I love my boyfriend of (just about) five years, of course! I always tell him I love him more than shopping (my favorite thing to do) in London (my favorite place to be) while eating candy (my favorite thing in general)! = )

The thing I love the most is the beach! I live in southern california, so I am fortunate enough that I can drive for only a short distance and be right next to the sand and water. I just love evrything about it: The relaxing sound of the waves crashing, the smell of salt water, the wind blowing. It's my perfect escape from the stresses of life!

Ohhh...so hard to pick just one! I guess, if I were to think about it though, I absolutely love my family. They've always been such a wonderful form of support and guidance, and I am extremely thankful for having them in my life! :)

I love my boyfriend. I love Vanilla Roobios tea from Starbucks. I love chocolate. I love feeling inspired and motivated to create. I love the feeling of accomplishment and pride when I finish something.

Sounds cliche, but the thing I love the most would have to be my boyfriend. Eddie and I have been together for 5 years. He is my rock, my soul, my everything. Everything thing I do is for him, and vice versa. He's my best friend, whom I can confide in anything. I can honestly say that I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him. :) I'm just waiting on that diamond ring, babe!! lol

I love being able to go to the bathroom by myself. I have an amazing husband, two beautiful daughters and two great dogs. It's not very often that I get to sit down and use the restroom without someone needing my attention. I used to be a modest girl, but now I can't hide from anyone. :)

I love going to the bathroom solo, on those very rare occasions. :)

I love my friends and family. Without their ability to cheer me up, laugh with me, shop with me, cry with me, encourage me, and simply put up with me, I'd be a lonely person. Life is worth living because of them!

I love life. Broad topic? Yes Cliche? Maybe. Truth? Absolutely.

I love every nutty twist and turn {both good and bad} that life throws at me.

There's so much out there to learn and see and do sometimes I get SO SCARED that I won't be able to take it all in.

"Life is runaway train you can't wait to get on." Ugh, I start out w/ a cliche and now I quote country music? WTF is wrong with me!?

Ha, I just love living and learning and loving.

Happy V-Day :}

Not many people can say this but I absolutely love my job. I am an American Sign Language interpreter. Right now I am working with one student in a high school. I learn something new everyday! It is really special to be that person that is relied on to understand spoken English. I can go many places with my job (did anyone notice the interpreter at the Super Bowl when Carrie Underwood sung!? I want to get there!) It is a very rewarding career. I love meeting new Deaf people also. When we were in Vegas I saw a group of people signing and I just went right up to them and joined in the conversation, they were so excited to have a new person to chat with! I also love my husband =)

I love many things but I will say I absolutely love my husband. We've been married for 2.5 years and we have our ups and our downs but he is my BEST FRIEND and he knows what makes me tick! He brings me a different kind of laughter and joy that I never experienced before him and I am enjoying growing up with him as we embark on different challenges and stages of our life!

I love food. I eat food when I'm bored or when I want to go out with my friends. There are so many types of foods that I never get bored. My favorite is probably mexican and italian, but i have never liked hotdogs. Of course there are many things i love besides food but since I'm eating right now I thought it was appropriate.

I love LOVE. The word love means many things to me; it means seeing my puppy after a long, miserable day and instantly feeling wonderful and it means spending time with the people I "love": my friends and family. I love fashion and the amazing feeling I get when I buy something I LOVE and even better, the feeling when I found it for a great price or on the look for less! I LOVE music and how it always has the ability to transform my mood. I love many things but the feeling of LOVE is the best feeling of all; being in love, loving something or someone and feeling love from someone!

Thanks for the great giveaway! Happy Valentine's Day!

I love my dad, he's been there for me ever since my mother died when I was twelve years old. He raised me by himself and had to put up with my terrible teenage years by himself. We're super close now that I'm in college and I barely go a day without talking to him at least once or twice. He's there for me whenever I need him, just a phone call, text, or email away :)

I love music, all kinds. It helps me celebrate happy moments with the people I love, wallow in sadness after tragic events, write frantically before impending deadlines, bring me together with people I have never met, remind me of what's important in life, remind me it's okay to be silly, fall in love all over again, get closure, help me move on from the past, keep me hopeful about the future of mankind, recognize that life is tough for most people, and keeps me human. It's a script for our lives. Thanks! tzappile@gmail.com

I think it goes without saying that I love my incredible boyfriend and my amazing family, I am truly blessed. But if I had to have a shallow moment, it would be my patent goldenbleu weekender. It has literally saved my life on these cold days where I look like I'm going on a month's vacation to get to work.

The person I love the most is my mom. I've been sick since I turned 18 and she has fought with me every step of the way. She stayed with me in college so I could finish my undergraduate degree and went with me to every doctor's visit, every test and every procedure. Thanks to my mom (and dad!) I was able to have an experimental surgery that saved my life five years ago. Without my mom pushing me to go on and fight, I would not be here today. Love you, Mom!
